SPA interview tips and experience

Hi everyone,  I went thru SPA interview in the end of April . The post that i got for my interview is  penolong pegawai perubatan (PPP) , penolong pegawai farmasi and jururawat. I felt stupid cuz i put PPP as my first choice. I should have put the penolong pegawai farmasi cuz i could be a real pegawai farmasi after i "naik gred" until to U41 which requires a degree. And after finish my training , I would have get a diploma in Farmasi.....  i so stupid :'(

I wore a long sleeve blouse n a office long pants during interview. When i got thr, the ppl tht work in pusat temu duga keep saying that i wore the wrong clothes, saying that i should have wore Baju Kurung . well i think i did dress properly for interview. Haaaa, eventhough what they said, I still succeed in interview as Penolong Pegawai Perubatan  n will be undergone training at Kolej Sain Kesihatan Bersekutu, Kota Kinabalu soon. Well to play it safe, i think all girls should wear baju kurung

First of all, I would like to remind u to bring a 2B pencil,eraser n a pen. Before u go thru the face-to-face interview, u have to answer some personality questions. As wht i remember, thr r few hundreds of questions.

After that, u will go to kaunter n they will give u a ticket .. lol... ticket for "giliran nombor" for the interview.. i think im the 12th calon that day... i wait for 8 person to finish interview until its my turn.. It was extremely slow as they interview each person for around 20 min!!!!

During my interview, the questions that they asked are:

1. Introduce yourself -ur qualification - ur ambition
2. Test how much do u know about ur future job - the scope of ur job - **all info can be reach at gov websites.
3. The words in logo of kementerian kesihatan ( i failed to answer)
4. Who is the minister of Health? Who is vice minister of Health? Man or woman? He/ she is from papar.( failed to answer too)
5. Some "patriotik" questions - what is rukun negara- 5 principles of rukun negara - whats the use of rukun negara
6. Test how good is ur english 
7. If u r applying for nurse, they would ask some general questions bout food pyramid, BMI .... some simple questions... but too bad the other calons cannot answer 

Every year, thr is 2 intake of  Latihan Separa Perubatan . I think everyone should give it a try... as they hv intake more often than other jawatan. So be careful about what u choose for the 5 jawatan.
